Today is Day 3 of my virtual internship program with Hilton Top Solicitors and I got to learn a really amazing topic "Introduction To Data Analysis For Lawyers: The Basics" by Mr Samuel Iheagwam and it was a really insightful class. I want to highlight some of the amazing things I learnt today.1. Data serves as an evidence in a case2. Analysing Data as a lawyer helps you to see thing ahead, predict client outcome thereby increasing probability.3. Analysing Data also helps one to make informed decisions.One of the peculiar things the tutor said was that "The world's most valuable resource is not money or time. I recently had the privilege of completing the “Risk and Resilience” virtual internship, a collaboration between Clifford Chance and Swiss Re. This internship provided a comprehensive exploration into the complexities of global risk management.A standout aspect was the practical application of adapting corporate strategies to navigate the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic for a multinational corporation. This experience refined my skills in crafting concise and professional communications tailored to real-world scenarios.Additionally, while the internship was conducted in a simulated environment, the emphasis on teamwork was instrumental. This simulated collaboration underscored the importance of effective delegation and cohesive collaboration to achieve shared objectives, offering a practical lens into real-world corporate dynamics.Engaging in a transnational project centred on parametric insurance within rural agricultural contexts was both enlightening and impactful. A few things that I've learned during my Marsh McLennan Agency internship:1) Listen to your colleagues- As a young college student, a lot of times I like to think that I know everything, but the reality couldn't be further from the truth. The opportunities to learn are endless and so valuable.2) Ask for criticism- It's hard to hear what we did wrong, but improvement is a beautiful, endless pursuit that you can't tackle alone.3) Pursue failure- This doesn't mean to fail intentionally. However, if you never fail, there's a lot left on the table. Failure shows that you're challenging yourself to your limits, and you're chasing what you can be instead of being okay with who you are.

I have started a new internship! I started this internship in mid-August at Caldwell Law Group and it's so fascinating. So far I've learned many new things that I wouldn't have learned elsewhere! I love how it's very hands-on and the individuals who work there are very eager to teach me new things.
